WHAT TO WATCH FOR
Harding will go in search of its sixth straight victory and sixth Great American Conference road win of the season Thursday when they meet Southern Nazarene in Bethany ... Harding head coach Jeff Morgan needs one more win to surpass former Arkansas coach Nolan Richardson for fourth place in career victories at an Arkansas school. Only Don Dyer (601), Bill Vining (520) and Cliff Garrison (463) have more ... Southern Nazarene has won five of its seven games in Bethany and has won the last two at the Sawyer Center against Harding.

Southern Nazarene ranks second in the GAC with 9.5 3-pointers made per game, but Harding has been outstanding defending the 3-pointer. Harding senior Blake McNair has moved up to second in NCAA Division II in 3-point field-goal percentage at 52.1 percent. He is shooting 54.7 percent in GAC games, hitting 41-of-75 3-pointers. McNair has made at least two 3-pointers in 13 consecutive games.

CJ Rodriguez, a 6-foot-2 senior guard from Killeen, Texas, ranks second in the GAC in scoring with 18.4 points per game. He ranks third in the GAC and 16th in NCAA II in 3-point field-goal percentage (46.6 percent).

Harding's Jacob Gibson joined the injured Andraz Kavas (1,068 points) in Harding's career 1,000-point club with his 21-point performance against Southwestern Oklahoma. Gibson ranks 32nd at Harding with 1,017 points. Two more Bisons are nearing the mark -- Blake McNair (890) and Will Francis (853).

Harding, the GAC leader in assist-to-turnover ratio, set a school record by committing only three turnovers in the victory over Southwestern Oklahoma. The old record was five turnovers against Northeastern State in 1998. Harding has more assists than turnovers in all but four games this season.
