The Harding women's basketball team will play its second of a four game road trip on Saturday when it travels to Shawnee, Oklahoma to face Oklahoma Baptist at 1 p.m., in Great American Conference action.
Harding is 6-4 on the road this season and 5-2 in GAC games.
Harding heads into the game with a 12-6 overall record and a 10-4 GAC record. The Lady Bisons have sole possession of second place in the GAC standings. Arkansas Tech sits in first with a 13-0 GAC record. The top eight teams in the standings advance to the GAC Tournament held March 3-6, in Bartlesville, Oklahoma.
With the win on Thursday, it marked the fourth straight year Harding has won 10 or more conference games.
Harding is coming off an 82-60 win at Southern Nazarene on Thursday. The Lady Bisons shot 50.0 percent for the game and made 10 3-pointers. It was the eighth time this season Harding has made 10 or more 3-pointers in a game. The Lady Bisons were led by sophomore Sydney Layrock who captured a double-double with 18 points and 10 rebounds. Junior guard A'ndrea Haney made 7-of-10 free throws and finished with 16 points. All five Harding starters ended in double-figure scoring.
Oklahoma Baptist heads into the contest with a 9-11 overall record and an 8-6 GAC record.

Harding is led on the season by Sydney Layrock who averages 17.9 points to rank fifth in the GAC. Layrock also averages 6.7 rebounds.

Harding and Oklahoma Baptist are meeting for the fifth time. When the two teams met in Searcy earlier this season, the Lady Bisons won 81-70. Harding was led by Sydney Layrock who had 23 points and 11 rebounds. Falan Miller added 18 points, making four 3-pointers and A'ndrea Haney had 17 points, making 9-of-10 free throws. Harding shot 43.3 percent and held Oklahoma Baptist to shooting 33.3 percent.
