Harding Men's Tennis Falls to 26th-Ranked Ouachita Baptist 6-3

ARKADELPHIA, Ark. - Harding won at No. 2 doubles and two singles matches Thursday but fell 6-3 to 26th-ranked Ouachita Baptist on Thursday.

Harding dropped to 10-6 overall and 1-2 in Great American Conference matches. The Bisons play their final GAC match Friday at 5 p.m. against East Central in Ada, Oklahoma.

Ouachita improved to 11-6 overall and remained in first place in the GAC with a 3-0 conference record.

Harding's doubles point came at No. 2 doubles, where Neto Cacace and Adrian Torrico improved to 13-8 with an 8-6 victory.

Cacace also won his singles match, 6-1, 4-6, 11-9 at No. 3. It was his fourth win in his last five matches. He has won his last four straight three-set matches.

Brandon Hogland won 6-1, 6-3 at No. 5. He has won three of his last four matches and improved to 11-8 with his second straight victory.
