Harding Men's Tennis Wins Third Straight, Shuts Out Hendrix

CONWAY, Ark. – Harding senior Carlos Crisostomo won his 40th career singles match and helped the Bisons cruise to a 9-0 victory over Hendrix on Thursday indoors at the Hatcher Tennis Center.

Harding won its third consecutive match and improved to 3-1 overall. Hendrix, an NCAA Division III team in the Southern Athletic Association, lost in its season opener.

Harding lost only two games in sweeping the doubles matches and won five of the six singles matches by 6-0, 6-0 scores.

Morgan Salvan won at No. 5 singles and is now 12-2 this season. Crisostomo and Luis Tirado won at No. 1 doubles and improved to a team-best 11-3.

Harding's next action is Friday when it takes on 13th-ranked Drury in Springfield, Missouri, at 7 p.m.
