SHAWNEE, Okla. – Oklahoma Baptist scored two second half goals to defeat the Harding women's soccer team 2-1 Thursday in Great American Conference action. It was the Lady Bisons' conference opener.

The Lady Bisons fall to 0-5-1 on the season and 0-1-0 in the GAC.

Oklahoma Baptist improves to 3-4 overall and 1-0-0 in the GAC.

GOALS

Harding 1, Oklahoma Baptist 0 – 39th minute – Bethany Sutherland took a free kick and hit the bottom right corner of the net for her fourth goal of the season.

Oklahoma Baptist 1, Harding 1 – 58th minute – Ruth King found Emmily Infante for the tap in to the right corner of the net.

Oklahoma Baptist 2, Harding 1 – 82nd minute – Kerregan Edwards converted a penalty kick.

STATS

Harding took 11 shots, five were on goal.

Oklahoma Baptist took 21 shots, 11 were on goal.

Jessica Woessner had nine saves for Harding.
