SEARCY – Harding men's basketball had five players score 10 points or more in a 99-63 victory over Dallas Christian of the National Christian College Athletics Association Saturday at the Rhodes-Reaves Field House.
Harding (3-1) won its third straight and plays its first Great American Conference game Thursday at Arkansas-Monticello. The game counted as an exhibition for Dallas Christian, who has played all its games this season on the road.
Junior Romio Harvey scored 21 points, his fourth game to start the season with 20 points or more, to lead the Bisons. Emir Ahmedic scored 11 of his season-high 15 points in the first half.
Gabriel Divic made three 3-pointers and scored 12 points, and Joel Polius and Tyler Hutchieson had 11 each.
Harding had a 15-0 scoring run early in the first half and led 45-25 at halftime. The Bisons shot 63% in the second half and scored 54 points after the break.
Jordan Varner shot 10 of 14 from the field and led Dallas Christian with 27 points. Maxwell Walter made seven 3-pointers and scored 22 points.
