DURANT, Okla. – Harding continued its great start with a 12-7 victory over Southeastern Oklahoma Saturday to complete a three-game series sweep of the Savage Storm at Mike Metheny Field.

The sweep was Harding's second ever against Southeastern Oklahoma and first in Durant. The Bisons won all three in Searcy in 2014. Harding is now 4-0 overall and 3-0 in conference. Southeastern is 3-3 overall and 0-3 in conference.

Harding had two big innings in the victory. The Bisons scored four runs in the fourth inning, including a two-out, two-run double from Luke Van Dover. Harding led 5-2 after four innings.

Southeastern rallied for two runs in both the sixth and seventh innings and took a 6-5 lead.

Harding came right back with a five-run eighth inning that sealed the win. Connor Kelly's three-run home run was the big blow of the inning.

Harding starter Logan McCall went six innings and allowed three hits and four earn runs. Dylan Adcock (1-0) pitched 2.1 innings of relief and earned the win.

Southeastern's seven pitchers combined to allow nine hits and 11 walks to the Bisons.

David Butterfield had his fourth consecutive multi-hit game, going 3 for 5 with a run scored. Kelly was 2 for 4 with two runs and four RBIs.

Harding is back on the road in GAC play next weekend at Ouachita Baptist.
