The Harding women's tennis team won their fifth straight match on Saturday, defeating Missouri-St. Louis 5-2. The win was the ninth straight road match for the Lady Bisons, dating back to the 2018-19 season. The last road loss was at Southern Arkansas on April 2, 2018.

The Lady Bisons swept the doubles matches for the third time this season.
Romane Britt and
Lindy Carpenter got their team-high fourth win of the season at No. 2.
Rylie Cox Evans and
Emily Carpenter won their third straight match at No. 1, 6-2 and
Hana Folse and
Lina Romero won their third straight match at No. 3, 7-6.Â

Romero scored the second point of the match for the Lady Bisons with her third victory of the season at No. 2. After Missouri-St. Louis tied the match with wins at No. 1 and No. 3 singles, the Lady Bisons finished the match with three straight set wins.Â

Britt won her sixth consecutive match with a 6-1, 7-5 victory.
Emily Carpenter won 6-2, 6-3 at No. 5 and
Allison Carpenter won 6-1, 6-1 at No. 6 in just her second singles appearance of the season.Â

The Lady Bisons will look to continue their winning streak on Thursday March 18 against Nebraska-Kearney at 10:00 a.m.
