The Harding women's tennis team won their sixth straight match on Thursday, defeating Nebraska-Kearney 6-1, in Russellville. The Lady Bisons have won 17 of their last 18 matches dating back to last season.

In doubles competition,
Hana Folse and
Allison Carpenter won their first match together at No. 3, 6-0. The win was Folse's 63
rd career doubles win moving her into 7
th all-time in school history.

Rylie Cox Evans and
Emily Carpenter won their fourth straight doubles match at No. 1, 6-4 while
Romane Britt and
Lindy Carpenter won their team leading fifth win at No. 2, 7-6, to complete the doubles sweep for the Lady Bisons.

Allison Carpenter won the second point of the match with a 6-1, 6-2 win at No. 6 singles. The win was her third straight set victory in as many tries. Britt won her 7
th straight match at No. 4, 6-3. 6-0.
Lindy Carpenter secured the match with her fifth straight singles victory, winning 6-4, 6-1.

Cox Evans won at No. 1 in a tight three sets, winning the match in a match tiebreaker 2-6, 6-2, 10-5.
Emily Carpenter won the sixth and final point for the Lady Bisons at No.3 with another close match 6-1, 4-6, 10-7.

The Lady Bisons will travel to Missouri this weekend to take on two regional foes on March 19 and 20. Harding will face Missouri Western on Friday at 1:00 p.m. and Northwest Missouri State on Saturday at 1:00 p.m.
