TYLER, Texas – The Harding women's soccer team fell 2-0 at Texas-Tyler Thursday to open the 2021 season.

Harding falls to 0-1-0 on the season and Texas-Tyler improves to 1-0-0.

GOALS

Texas-Tyler 1, Harding 0 – 45th minute – Faith Adje found Reagan Easter for her first goal of the season.

Texas-Tyler 2, Harding 0 – 46th minute – Sarah Flannelly found the back of the net for her first goal of the season.

STATS

Harding took eight shots, four were on goal. All four of Harding's shots on goal came by four different players.

Texas-Tyler took 19 shots, nine were on goal. Faith Adje led the team with three shots.

Michaela Potter made her Harding debut in goal and had seven saves. Potter, Melissa Ventura and Emma Roberts played the full 90 minutes for the Lady Bisons.
