The No. 36-ranked Harding women's tennis team captured a 6-1 win over Henderson State in the first conference home match of the season and moved their winning streak to four matches. Harding improves to 14-4 overall and 2-0 in conference play while Henderson State falls to 4-7 overall and 0-1 in GAC action.

Romane Britt and
Lindy Carpenter won their 10
th match of the season, 6-3 at No. 2. After the Reddies took the match at No. 1 between two nationally ranked teams,
Emily Carpenter and
Allison Jenkins clinched the point with a 7-5 at No. 3.

Britt made quick work of her opponent at No. 3, winning 6-0, 6-1 for her 20
th victory of the season.
Emily Carpenter won her fifth straight match at No. 4, 6-0, 6-2.
Lindy Carpenter improved to 9-1 at the No. 5 line on the season with a 6-1, 6-1 win to clinch the win for the Lady Bisons.

Allison Carpenter won her seventh straight match 6-3, 6-0 at No. 6.
Lina Romero dropped the first set in her match but battled back for her 10
th victory of the season 4-6, 6-4, 10-4.

The Lady Bisons will continue conference play on Monday (April 11) when they travel to Magnolia to take on Southern Arkansas at 2 p.m.
