SEARCY – The Harding women's soccer team fell 3-1 to Oklahoma Baptist in Great American Conference action Wednesday at the Stevens Soccer Complex.
Harding falls to 3-8-5 on the season and 1-5-4 in the GAC.
Oklahoma Baptist improves to 6-7-2 overall and 5-2-2 in the GAC.
GOALS
Oklahoma Baptist 1, Harding 0 – 34th minute – Sophia Ziesemer sent a through ball up the left side that found Olivia Kenas for her second goal of the season.
Harding 1, Oklahoma Baptist 1 – 44th minute – Whitney Thomas dribbled the ball from the right corner to the middle the box and found the back of the net for her fifth goal of the season.
Oklahoma Baptist 2, Harding 1 – 57rd minute – Kaylee Swaner sent a through ball up the middle that found Jadynn Daggs for her first goal of the season.
Oklahoma Baptist 3, Harding 1 – 61st minute – The Harding goalkeeper tried to clear the ball but it bounced off Alanna Bloomingdale and went into the back of the net. It was her fourth goal of the season.
STATS
Harding took nine shots, six were on goal. Whitney Thomas took three shots, all were on goal.
Oklahoma Baptist took 14 shots, four were on goal. Annabelle Joski led the team with four shots.
Whitney Thomas played the full 90 minutes for Harding.

Harding will be back in action Saturday when it travels to Bethany, Oklahoma to take on Southern Nazarene at 1 p.m.
