BETHANY – The Harding women's soccer team tied Southern Nazarene 1-1 Saturday in Great American Conference action.
Harding moves to 3-8-6 on the season and 1-5-5 in the GAC.
Southern Nazarene moves to 8-3-5 overall and 4-2-4 in the GAC.
GOALS
Southern Nazarene 1, Harding 0 – 40th minute – Scored on an own goal.
Harding 1, Southern Nazarene 1 – 45th minute – Kim Barcenas took a free kick that bounced off the crossbar and the goalkeeper and fell to Veagan Jones for her first collegiate goal.
STATS
Harding took 13 shots, four were on goal. Sami Berry led the team with a three shots.
Southern Nazarene took 11 shots, three were on goal. Bella Morgas led the Crimson Storm with five shots.
Southern Nazarene took eight of its 11 shots in the first half.
