Harding Men's Track Ranked No. 11 in Division II

SEARCY – Harding men's outdoor track and field moved to No. 11 in the third NCAA Division II national rankings according to the United States Track and Field and Cross-Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA). It is the third consecutive ranking that had Harding in the top 25.

Harding has 102.79 points and are the only Great American Conference program in the top 25. West Texas A&M leads the rankings, knocking Grand Valley State from the top spot.

The Bisons are ranked in the top 10 nationally in five events. Antiwain Jones is second in the high jump with his new Harding record height of 2.18 meters or 7 feet, 1.75 inches. Dakarai Bush is third in the 400 meters (46.60) and Vlad Malykhin is third in the pole vault at 5.31 meters or 17 feet, 5 inches.
Kelmen de Carvalho is fifth in the decathlon (6,866) and Yves Bilong is 10th in the long jump at 7.41 meters or 24 feet, 3.75 inches.

Harding is in the top 35 nationally in 10 different events.

The Harding men are next in action at the Rhodes 7-Way Meet in Memphis, Tennessee and at the Carl Kight Invitational in Nacogdoches, Texas.
