HUNTSVILLE, Ala. - The Harding volleyball team delivered a convincing 3-0 victory over Tusculum Friday in the opening match of the Alabama-Huntsville Classic. The Lady Bisons' impressive performance was marked by a .367 hitting percentage, with 48 kills and only 8 errors.
Harding improves to 3-2 on the season and Tusculum falls to 2-3.
Maegan Lacy and Skyler McKinnon led the charge with 10 kills each, while Jacey Lambert and Delaney Garner added 10 and 8 kills, respectively. Olivia Wiedower orchestrated the offense with 38 assists, and Tatum Fouche added 4 aces.
The Lady Bisons' defensive efforts were equally impressive, with 49 digs and 6 blocks. Maddie Burrough led the team with 12 digs, and Tatum Fouche added 15 digs. Ashley Lamkin and Delaney Garner each contributed 4 blocks.
