Hawley Earns Third Career D2CCA All-Central Region Honor

SEARCY, Ark. — Harding University fifth-year senior Sage Hawley has been named to the Division II Conference Commissioners Association (D2CCA) All-Central Region Team for the third time in her career. It is her second First Team honor.

Hawley, a standout player for the Lady Bisons, earned the recognition after a stellar season in which she averaged 18.4 points and 10.5 rebounds per game. She shot 47.8% from the field and 79.3% from the free throw line, while also contributing 72 assists, 55 steals and 25 blocks.

Hawley's impressive performance on the court has earned her a spot among the top players in the region for the third time. She will now be considered for All-America honors, which will be announced later this month.

The D2CCA all-region teams are selected by athletic communications professionals from NCAA Division II Central Region schools and conferences. The NCAA Division II Conference Commissioners sponsor the All-Region teams.
