Harding's Andrew Miller Earns Spot on Bruce Feldman's 2026 College Football "Freaks List"

SEARCY – Harding University senior fullback Andrew Miller has been named to The Athletic's annual College Football "Freaks List," compiled by senior college football insider Bruce Feldman and published on Monday.

Miller, a 6-foot-1, 225-pound standout from Searcy, Arkansas, was ranked No. 92 on the national list, which recognizes the most physically gifted, explosive, and uniquely athletic players across all divisions of college football.

Feldman has compiled the prestigious list for over two decades, evaluating players based on extraordinary weight-room metrics, speed, power, agility, and translated on-field performance.

Miller's inclusion comes on the heels of a historic 2025 campaign in which he led NCAA Division II with a school-record 2,048 rushing yards and 28 touchdowns, averaging 7.16 yards per carry. He finished as the national runner-up for the Harlon Hill Trophy (Division II Player of the Year), won the Darren McFadden Award as the top collegiate player in the state of Arkansas, and earned consensus First-Team All-America honors.

As the central engine of Harding's flexbone attack—which set an all-division NCAA record with 6,943 rushing yards and 88 rushing touchdowns last fall—Miller combines rare power between the tackles with breakaway speed. His 2025 season featured 14 100-yard rushing games, three 200-yard performances, and a school-record 298-yard, four-touchdown game at Henderson State that included a career-long 90-yard touchdown run.

"Andrew's combination of power, explosion, durability, and top-end speed makes him a relentless force in our offense," said head coach Roddy Mote. "To see him recognized on a national stage alongside the absolute elite athletes in all of college football is a testament to his incredible work ethic and dedication to 'The Brotherhood.'"

Also a First-Team CSC Academic All-American pursuing a degree in Kinesiology, Miller enters the 2026 season ranked third in Harding history in rushing touchdowns (50) and fourth in career rushing yards (3,618).

Miller and the Bisons—unanimous preseason favorites in the Great American Conference—open the 2026 season under the lights at First Security Stadium on Thursday, Sept. 3, hosting Northwestern Oklahoma State at 7:00 p.m.
