RUSSELLVILLE, Ark. — Following No. 2 Harding's thrilling 28-27 road victory at Ouachita Baptist, fifth-year fullback Andrew Miller was named Great American Conference Offensive Player of the Week and third-year defensive lineman Kaleb Walker was selected as the GAC Defensive Player of the Week, the league office announced Monday.
The sweep gives Harding four GAC Player of the Week honors through the first four weeks of the 2026 season, joining placekicker Dean Roberts (Week 1 Special Teams) and slotback Jeff Regan (Week 2 Special Teams).
Miller spearheaded the Bisons' rushing attack in Arkadelphia, carrying 23 times for 134 yards and three touchdowns. The Searcy native scored all three of Harding's goal-line rushing touchdowns, including the go-ahead 4-yard plunge with 1:22 remaining in regulation. With his 134-yard outing, Miller eclipsed 4,000 career rushing yards (4,096) and took sole possession of third place on Harding's all-time rushing leaderboard.
Walker delivered the game-defining play on defense to set up Miller's winning score. With the game tied 21-21 inside the final two minutes, the Humble, Texas, native beat his blocker on 3rd-and-10 to strip-sack Ouachita quarterback Tre Nichols at the Tiger 11-yard line. The takeaway set up Harding's go-ahead touchdown three snaps later. Walker finished the contest with five total tackles, two sacks, and a forced fumble, elevating his national-leading sack mark to 1.50 per game.
Harding (4-0, 4-0 GAC) preserved the one-point victory when fourth-year defensive back Deion Campbell batted down a two-point conversion pass attempt in the back of the end zone with 23 seconds remaining following a late 67-yard touchdown pass by the Tigers.
Arkansas-Monticello junior kicker Charles Stinson earned GAC Special Teams Player of the Week honors after accounting for 12 points in the Boll Weevils' 30-27 comeback win over Arkansas Tech.
