Women’s Soccer Hosts #24 North Alabama Friday

SEARCY – The Harding women's soccer team hosts #24 North Alabama on Friday in Gulf South Conference action at 7 p.m. The match was originally scheduled to be played on the Harding soccer field but due to the weather the match was moved to the Harding football field.

The Lady Bisons (3-7-1, 1-2 GSC) have a 6-4-1 record against the Lions (13-1-1, 4-0 GSC). Harding has won or tied in their last six meetings. UNA has won their last 13 straight matches this season.

Freshman midfielder Tabitha McReynolds leads the Lady Bisons with four goals on the season. Senior midfielder Minnie Guzman has one goal and three assists for Harding.

North Alabama is led by Chloe Roberts who has 23 goals and six assists. She leads the GSC in goals scored. Tassia Augusto has also scored 18 goals for UNA ranking her second in the GSC. Nikki Brown leads the GSC in assists per game averaging 0.92; she has 12 assists on the season.
