SEARCY – The Harding women's soccer team travels to Columbus, Ga., this weekend to take part in a three conference crossover. Teams from the Gulf South, Peach Belt and South Atlantic Conference will take part in the event. Harding will face #6 Columbus State on Friday at 7 p.m., and Tusculum on Sunday at 9 a.m.
The Lady Bisons are facing both teams for the first time. Columbus State is 4-0-1 on the season and is led by Rachel Walthall who has three goals for the Lady Cougars. Tusculum is 5-2 on the season and is led by Tramicka James who has collected six goals and four assists for the Pioneers.
Harding is looking for its second straight win after defeating Northeastern State 2-1 this past Tuesday. The Lady Bisons are led by freshman midfielder Tabitha McReynolds who has three goals on the season.
