Harding plays the last of three straight road games Saturday when its takes on Southeastern Oklahoma in Great American Conference action in Durant, Oklahoma.

Harding enters the game with a 5-7 overall record and 3-3 GAC mark. The Bisons are sixth in the 11-team conference and are coming off an 81-75 road loss to Ouachita Baptist last Saturday in Arkadelphia. Andraz Kavas led Harding with 19 points, and John Hudson made six 3-pointers.

Southeastern is coming off an 85-61 home loss to Arkansas-Monticello on Saturday. The Savage Storm led 37-30 at halftime but was outscored 55-24 in the second half. Danny Powell led SOSU with 17 points, but the Savage Storm was outrebounded 47-27.

Saturday's game is a matchup of the top two teams in the GAC in assists per game. Harding leads with 17.1 assists per game, with Southeastern second at 15.4.

The Bisons will be looking for their first road win of the 2014-15 season. Harding has not won in five road games this season, and its last road victory came last season at Arkansas-Monticello on Jan. 18, a span of 10 road games.

Harding Team Notes:
Four different players have led Harding in scoring over the last four games. Blake McNair had 26 points vs. Henderson State, Jacob Gibson scored 23 vs. Northwestern Oklahoma, Jacob Roark led with 16 at Christian Brothers, and Andraz Kavas scored 19 at Ouachita Baptist.

Harding has three players shooting 50 percent or better from 3-point range in GAC games. John Hudson is shooting 54 percent (14-of-26), Jacob Gibson is at 52 percent (17-of-33), and Blake McNair is at 50 percent (18-of-36). The Bisons have made 31 more 3-pointers than their opponents in GAC games (69-38).

Harding leads the GAC in free-throw percentage at 75.2 percent. The last time the Bisons shot over 75 percent for a season was in 2002-03, when the team shot 76.6 percent. The school record is 80 percent (1968-69).

Series Notes:
Harding and Southeastern Oklahoma are meeting for the 16th time with the Bisons leading the series 8-7. The teams are meeting for the eighth time in Durant, with Harding's lone win coming in 1998 (74-71) when the teams were both members of the Lone Star Conference. The Savage Storm has won the last six meetings in Durant.

The teams split the two meetings last season, both winning at home. The Bisons won 88-86 in Searcy in overtime on Jan. 13. The Savage Storm won 83-80 on Mar. 1 in Durant.

Will Francis averaged 20.0 points in two games against Southeastern last season and scored 32 points in Harding's home victory. Jacob Gibson averaged 13.0 points, and Blake McNair averaged 12.0. Andraz Kavas scored 10.5 points per game against SOSU in 2013.

Opponent Notes:
Southeastern Oklahoma is 6-8 over and 1-4 in GAC games. The Savage Storm is 3-3 at home and has a two-game home losing streak. Southeastern lost 61-60 to Southwestern Oklahoma on Jan. 3 and 85-61 to Arkansas-Monticello on Thursday.

Southeastern leads the GAC with 4.9 blocked shots per game. Junior center Antonio Worthy leads the conference with 1.9 blocks per game.

Southeastern is led in scoring by Danny Powell, a 6-foot-7, 250-pound forward from Phoenix, Arizona. Powell transferred from Eastern Washington University, where he played in five games as a freshman.

Darius Harris, a 6-foot-8, 215-pound senior forward from Port Arthur, Texas, ranks second in the GAC with 8.7 rebounds per game. He has had 10 or more rebounds six times, including a 19-rebound effort vs. Central Oklahoma on Nov. 14.
