SEARCY – The Harding women's basketball team fell 84-73 to No. 25 Southwestern Oklahoma Saturday in Great American Conference action at the Rhodes-Reaves Field House.

Harding falls to 3-5 overall and 1-3 in the GAC.
Southwestern Oklahoma improves to 8-0 overall and 4-0 in the GAC.
FIRST QUARTER HIGHLIGHTS
Southwestern Oklahoma took a six point lead with 5:31 left in the first quarter after a good layup by Hayden Priddy. Harding pulled within one, 12-11, on a 3-pointer by Falan Miller. The Lady Bulldogs went on to lead 14-12 after the first quarter. Each team had 12 rebounds in the quarter. Harding made three 3-pointers.
SECOND QUARTER HIGHLIGHTS
Southwestern Oklahoma extended its lead to seven and held onto the lead throughout the second quarter. The Lady Bulldogs led 33-27 at halftime. Southwestern Oklahoma made nine field goals and outscored Harding 19-15 in the quarter.
THIRD QUARTER HIGHLIGHTS
Southwestern Oklahoma took a 12-point lead with 1:15 left in the third quarter off a layup by Penina Faumui. The Lady Bulldogs lead 56-44 after the third. Southwestern Oklahoma outscored Harding 23-17 in the quarter and made nine field goals, including two 3-pointers.
FOURTH QUARTER HIGHLIGHTS
Harding cut the Southwestern Oklahoma lead to seven with 35 seconds left in the game but the Lady Bulldogs made six straight free throws to seal the win. Harding outscored Southwestern Oklahoma in the quarter 29-28. The Lady Bisons made nine field goals and nine free throws.
TEAM/INDIVIDUAL STATS
Kellie Lambo had a season-high 22 points, making 7-of-11 from the field and 8-of-11 free throws. Sydney Layrock and Falan Miller each added 10 points. Caroline Hogue had a season-high 16 rebounds for the Lady Bisons.
Harding shot 34.3 percent, making 24-of-70 shots and five 3-pointers.
Southwestern Oklahoma made 30 field goals and was 20-of-28 from the free throw line.
The Lady Bulldogs were led by Hailey Tucker and Hayden Priddy who each had 24 points. Tucker also had six blocks.
