Foederer Leads Harding to Tie Against Ouachita Baptist

Nick Foederer saved a season high 11 shots on Thursday as the Bisons tied Ouachita Baptist 0-0 in Arkadelphia. Foederer's 11 saves is the tied for the ninth-most saves in a single match in program history. 
 
Harding is now 1-5-2 on the year and 1-3-2 in conference play. Ouachita Baptist is 1-7-2 and 1-4-1 in conference. 
 
Ouachita Baptist outshot the Bisons 23-6 and 11-3 in shots on goal. In the second half alone, the Tigers recorded 14 shots while the Bisons had only one. Foederer had eight of his 11 saves in the second half. 
 
Tyler Sterbenz led the Bisons offense with two shots and one shot on goal. Edon Jordan paced the Tigers offense with seven total shots and three shots on goal. Foederer made his seventh start in goal for the Bisons and posted his second shutout of the year. 
 
Foederer, Sterbenz, Adrian Renteria, Georgios Petousis, Stefano Silva, Jack Savage, and Manny Fadel all played the full 110 minutes for the Bisons. 
 
The Bisons will play next on Thursday, October 21 against Northeastern State at the Stevens Soccer Complex in Searcy. Kickoff is set for 7 p.m.
