Harding Men's Soccer Drops 1-0 Neutral Site Game to #13 Fort Hays State

CLAREMORE, Okla. – Playing its third of six GAC/MIAA spring games, Harding fell 1-0 to 13th-ranked Fort Hays State Saturday in a game played on Rogers State's campus.

Fort Hays's Blake Arndt scored the only goal of the game just over a minute before halftime.

Harding (0-3) had four shots in both halves but could not get one past Fort Hays goalkeeper Kieran Brown, who had two saves in the shutout.

Harding's Aric McKinney stopped three shots. Fort Hays (3-1) had 18 shots but only four were on goal.

Georgios Petousis led Harding with three shots. Brandon Patterson and Joseph Oliver had Harding's only two shots on goal.

Harding's next game is also in Claremore, Oklahoma, against Rogers State. The game is Saturday at 3 p.m.
