DURANT, Okla. – Great American Conference leader Southeastern Oklahoma made 18 3-pointers and defeated Harding 115-58 in men's basketball action at Bloomer Sullivan Arena.
The loss dropped Harding to 4-12 overall and 2-8 conference games. Southeastern won for the sixth time in seven home games this season and improved to 13-4 overall and 8-3 in the GAC.
Taylor Currie led Harding with 16 points on 8-of-16 shooting and added six rebounds.
Southeastern had four players with 20 points or more. Bobby Johnson made six 3-pointers and led the team with 26 points. Jett Sternberger scored 22 points, Kellen Manek made five 3s and scored 21, and Adam Dworsky had 20 points and eight assists.
Manek made four 3-pointers and scored 16 points in the first half to lead Southeastern to a 51-31 lead at the break. The Storm shot 46% and made seven 3-pointers.
Harding continues its Oklahoma road trip Saturday against East Central. Tip-off in Ada is scheduled for 3 p.m.
