The Harding women's golf team posted the second best team score in school history with a 12-over 296 and is in second at the Grace Shin Invitational in Edmond, Oklahoma. The round was also just the fifth round under 300 for the Lady Bisons.
Sydney Kincade and Alicia Martinez led the way for the Lady Bisons both shooting a 2-over 73 and finishing the day tied for 10th. Kincade finished with four birdies while Martinez sank 14 pars in her round. Brenda Sanchez shot a 3-over 74 and is tied for 14th.
Kodie Winnings shot 5-over 76 and is tied for 26th. Pilar Martinez finished the day at 6-over 77 after sinking three birdies. Madeleine Wilson competed as an individual and finished tied for 53rd at 8-over 79.
The Lady Bisons will look to back up their historic round on Tuesday when they tee off at 9 a.m.
