Harding Women's Golf Takes Second at Tulsa Cup

BROKEN ARROW, Okla. — The 34th-ranked Harding women's golf team finished strong in the Tulsa Cup on Tuesday, moving up to second place with a final-round 28-over 316 at Forest Ridge Golf Club.

The Lady Bisons, who entered the day in third, totaled 71-over 935 for the 54-hole tournament, 22 strokes behind host Rogers State (49-over 913).

Harding's Sarah Kmiecik led the charge, shooting 4-over 76 in the final round to secure sixth place at 12-over 228. Kmiecik notched her third top-10 finish this season, excelling on par 3s (1-under) and par 5s (3-under). She tied for third with nine birdies.

Sydney Kincade made a significant move, jumping six spots to ninth place with a 7-over 79 in the final round (17-over 233). Kincade recorded Harding's lone eagle in the tournament, carding a 3 on the 447-yard par-5 No. 9 hole.

Cooper Meyer (tied 41st, 24-over 240)

Madeleine Wilson (tied 49th, 27-over 243)

The Lady Bisons excelled on par 3s (16-over) and par 5s (2-over), with 32 birdies, second-best in the tournament.

This performance capped off Harding's successful fall semester with a 62-7 record and top-four finishes in all four tournaments.
