The Harding men's golf team put together their best round of the tournament on Thursday in the third and final round of stroke play at the NCAA Division II Championship, shooting a 1-over 285 and finishing in 13th at 12-over 864. 

The Bisons were led by Sam Tandy who earned his 11th top ten finish of the season, shooting an even 71 on Thursday and finishing at 4-under 209. Tandy tied for the third most pars in the tournament with 38 over his three rounds. 

Dennis Staykov finished the tournament tied for 18th with a 1-under 70 on Thursday and 1-under 212 on the week. Staykov's final round was highlighted by an eagle on the par-5 14th hole. Jose Arzu posted his best round of the tournament on Thursday, shooting a 1-over 72 including four birdies and finished tied for 77th at 9-over 222. Jose Peralta also shot a 1-over 72 on Thursday and finished tied for 89th. Finlay Cummings competed for the Bisons on Thursday, shooting a 5-over 76.
