SEARCY — Harding University junior Jose Manuel Peralta has been named to the NCAA Division II PING All-Central Region team, the university announced Wednesday.

Peralta is the sixth Harding men's golfer to receive the honor. Previous honorees include Alex Williamson (2017), Mason Banger (2018), Jake Croshaw (2023), and Sam Tandy (2023, 2024).

Peralta has a scoring average of 72.86 over 28 rounds, with a low round of 68. His individual highlights this season include finishing first at the Shadow Valley Invitational and sixth at the Firekeeper Open.

The team's performance this season includes a first-place finish at Ark.-Fort Smith (Shadow Valley Invitational) and a tie for second at the Great American Conference Tournament. The Bisons also placed fifth at the NCAA II Midwest/Central Regional.
