NEW ORLEANS – Eleven members of the Harding women's track and field team have earned invitations to compete at the 2026 NCAA Division II Outdoor Track and Field Championships, the national committee announced Tuesday.
The 11 qualifiers mark a significant milestone for the Lady Bisons, setting a new program record for the most athletes sent to a single national championship. The total eclipses the previous record of seven qualifiers set just last year in 2025.
Harding, which climbed to No. 11 in the latest USTFCCCA National Rating Index, will be represented by nine individual entries and the 4x100-meter relay team. The championships are set for May 21-23 at Welch Stadium in Emporia, Kansas.
