ARKADELPHIA, Ark. - The Harding women's tennis team won its 12th straight road match and remained undefeated in Gulf South Conference play with a 7-2 victory over Henderson State on Friday.
Harding is now 20-3 overall, 12-0 on the road and 4-0 in GSC West Division action.
The Lady Bisons won all three doubles matches.
Ling Chan and
Callie Huey improved to 4-3 with an 8-3 win at No. 1.
Ellie Hammons and Chelsea Hunt won their team-best 11th doubles match with a 9-8 squeaker at No. 2.
Lola Pardo and
Fabiola Wisnesky remained perfect at 3-0 with an 8-3 win at No. 3.
Harding also captured four of the six singles match. Chan won 6-1, 6-4 at No. 1 to move to 9-5 on the season. Pardo won her 49th career singles match, 6-3, 6-0, at No. 2.
Gina Cielo improved to 11-2 with a 6-2, 6-1 win at No. 5, and Hammons won her 10th singles match 6-0, 6-0 at No. 6.
