SEARCY, Ark. – Harding women's tennis standout Natalia Alvarez has been named to the 2026 College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District Team, the organization announced Thursday.
The award recognizes the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the court and in the classroom. It was the second Academic All-District honor for Alvarez, who has 24 career singles victory and 11 doubles wins.
A senior from Santa Cruz, Bolivia, Alvarez has been a cornerstone of the Lady Bisons' program while maintaining elite academic standards. She carries a 3.68 cumulative grade-point average while pursuing a demanding degree in interior architecture.
To be eligible for Academic All-District honors, student-athletes must be at least a sophomore academically and athletically, maintain a minimum 3.50 cumulative GPA, and compete in a designated percentage of the team's varsity matches.
