SEARCY – Harding men's basketball will look to continue its run of success at Rhodes Field House on Saturday when it hosts Southwestern Oklahoma State at 4 p.m.

The game will be broadcast live in Searcy on KVHU-95.3 FM with Billy Morgan and Scott Goode on the call. It will also stream live on HardingSports.com.

Harding has won six straight home games, including all five of its Great American Conference games at Rhodes. The Bisons' most recent victory came Thursday as Harding defeated East Central 83-61. Harding improved to 12-8 overall and 7-3 in conference.

Junior DeAntra Scott had his second 20-point game of the season Thursday and his first scoring 24 points against ULM in the second game of the season.

The victory over East Central kept Harding in third place in the GAC standings and within striking distance of GAC leaders Henderson State (9-2) and second-place Arkansas Tech (8-2). The Bisons have won four straight overall and have one game left in their current three-game home stand. Harding hosts Ouachita Baptist next Thursday.

Southwestern Oklahoma State enters the game 13-8 overall and 4-7 in conference play. The Bulldogs are coming off an 80-73 loss at Arkansas Tech on Thursday. SWOSU could not overcome a 12-point halftime deficit and was outrebounded 45-37.

Harding and Southwestern Oklahoma met earlier this season with the Bulldogs defeating the Bisons 85-67 on Jan. 14 in Weatherford, Okla. SWOSU shot 57 percent and made 10 3-pointers. Harding shot 50 percent but committed 23 turnovers. Junior Zach Roddenberry led Harding with 23 points and 10 rebounds.
