CONWAY, Ark. – Harding women's tennis bounced back from a loss to Northeastern State on Saturday with a 9-0 blanking of Hendrix on Monday at the Mabee Center.

Harding improved to 3-2 with all three of its victories by shutout. Hendrix remained winless at 0-3.

The Lady Bisons surrendered only two games in the match, one in singles and one in doubles.

Harding's Ling Chan won her fourth straight at No. 1, and Gina Cielo remained undefeated in singles play this season at 5-0 and ran her singles winning streak to 12 matches dating to last season.

Chan and Benyapa Phumtip won their second straight doubles match at No. 1, and Maria Moreno and Gabrielle Rowden teamed for the first time at No. 3 and won 8-0.

Harding will be back in action Friday in Conway against John Brown.
