SEARCY – After a three-game road trip, the Harding women's soccer team hosts Central Baptist on Tuesday at 5 p.m., at the Harding Soccer Field. The Lady Bisons head into the game with a 2-3-1 overall record.
HU is coming off two conference games over the weekend. Harding defeated East Central 4-3 in double overtime and tied Southern Nazarene 2-2 in double overtime.
The Lady Bisons are led by senior Lauren Scharf and freshman Adair Schmidt who both have two goals on the season.
Harding goalkeeper Danielle Nonaka is averaging 10 saves a game.
Central Baptist, a NAIA member from Conway, Ark., heads into the game with a 6-2 record. The Lady Mustangs are led by Ashley English who has four goals this season.
Harding leads the series between the two teams 1-0. The Lady Bisons defeated CBC 6-1 last season in Conway.
The game was original scheduled for Sept. 4 but due to the weather, the game was postponed.
