RUSSELLVILLE, Ark. — For the second consecutive week, Harding senior Maysa Willis has been named the Great American Conference Goalkeeper of the Week, the league office announced Tuesday.
A native of Bentonville, Arkansas, Willis anchored the Lady Bisons' defense in a crucial 2-0 shutout victory over second-place Ouachita Baptist last week. She recorded three saves against the Tigers to secure her fourth shutout of the 2026 season, a mark that ranks second in the conference.
Willis' performance in net helped Harding (6-4-1, 5-1-0 GAC) earn a coveted three points and maintain sole possession of first place in a tightly contested GAC standings race. With three weeks remaining in the regular season, the Lady Bisons sit at the top of the table with 15 points, just ahead of Ouachita Baptist (14 points) and Southwestern Oklahoma State (13 points).
Southwestern Oklahoma State swept the remaining weekly honors. Sophomore forward Braelee Epp was named the GAC Offensive Player of the Week, and junior defender Sarahi Delgadillo earned GAC Defensive Player of the Week after helping the Bulldogs pick up a pair of conference victories.
