SEARCY – The Harding women's tennis team will begin postseason play Friday at the Great American Conference Tournament in Bentonville, Ark.

Harding (12-8, 3-3) is the No. 3 seed and will take on No. 6 seed Henderson State (3-10, 0-6) in the quarterfinals at 10 a.m. The winner of the match will then meet No. 2 seed East Central (8-9, 5-1) in the semifinals at 4 p.m. The championship is Saturday at 2 p.m.

Harding's lineup for the tournament has been set by head coach David Elliott. The Lady Bisons' singles lineup is: 1) Benyapa Phumtip, 2) Ali Rowden, 3) Chelsea Lanier, 4)Katie Huff, 5)Maria Moreno, and 6) Kaleigh Wagner.

Harding's doubles lineup is: 1) Phumtip/A. Rowden, 2) Lanier/Wagner, and 3) Huff/Moreno.

Harding and Henderson State met on Apr. 8 in Arkadelphia with the Lady Bisons winning 9-0. Potential semifinal opponent East Central defeated Harding 6-3 on Apr. 12 in Searcy.
