CONWAY, Ark. – The Harding women's tennis team dropped a 6-1 decision to NCAA Division I opponent Central Arkansas on Wednesday. The Lady Bisons fell to 2-2 on the season, and UCA improved to 1-1.
Harding's lone point came at No. 2 singles where freshman Piper Huey won 6-2, 2-6, 10-8 over UCA junior Kelsey Williams. Huey is now 6-3 in singles play and has won all three of her dual matches at No. 2.
Harding next plays Feb. 21 in Memphis, Tenn., against LeMoyne-Owen.
