Benyapa Phumtip Victorious in HU Women's Tennis Loss to Drury

SPRINGFIELD, Mo. – The Harding women's tennis team fell 8-1 to No. 25 Drury on Saturday and dropped to 5-5 on the season.

Harding plays again Tuesday against NCAA Division I Arkansas-Pine Bluff in Pine Bluff.

The Lady Bisons earned a point at No. 3 singles where Benyapa Phumtip defeated Lara Muller 6-2, 6-1. It was Phumtip's team-best 11th singles victory of the season. She is now 7-2 in dual matches.
