SEARCY – Harding women's tennis is now ranked No. 4 in the NCAA II Central Region Rankings administered by the ITA. The ITA rankings are not the rankings used to select postseason participants. Harding's men are ranked No. 8.
Harding sophomore Ali Rowden is ranked No. 7 in the region in singles play. Rowden is 17-7 in singles action this season, including 14-3 at No. 1 singles. She has five victories over regionally-ranked players and has won her last six matches.
Freshman Mathaus Spiering is ranked No. 3 in the region in men's singles. He is joined in the top 20 by junior Jon Mark Rowden (19th) and Yann Le Mat (20th). Spiering was 19-3 in singles play, including 9-2 against regionally-ranked opponents.
Spiering and Le Mat finished the season as the region's No. 4 doubles team.
