SEARCY, Ark. – Harding women's tennis head coach Craig Kirchgessner announced Wednesday that Thursday's Great American Conference opener against Henderson State has been relocated and rescheduled due to expected weather conditions in the Searcy area.
The dual match, originally scheduled for 2 p.m. at the Elliott Tennis Complex, will now begin at 11:30 a.m. on Thursday, April 2. The contest has also been moved to the Burns Park Tennis Center in Little Rock.
The match features a highly anticipated top-10 doubles showdown between Harding's No. 6-ranked duo of Karli Roux and Brooke Coffman and Henderson State's No. 38-ranked pairing of Emilia Nowak and Jordan Parker.
Harding (3-10) enters the match following a rigorous non-conference schedule that featured five nationally ranked opponents in its last six outings. Admission to the match at Burns Park is free to the public.
