Southern Nazarene won both matches 5-4 last season, the second coming in the first round of the GAC Tournament.

WHAT TO WATCH FOR
Harding will play the first of seven Great American Conference matches Saturday against Southern Nazarene. The Lady Bisons have won four straight, including a pair of 5-4 victories.

Harding is undefeated at 2-0 at home, defeating both John Brown and Arkansas-Fort Smith.

Harding will look to get off to a good start in doubles. Two of its teams have won three straight matches – No. 1 team of Laura Golubic and Piper Huey and the No. 3 team of Arielle Butler and Emily Faulkner. Butler and Faulkner lead the team with seven dual doubles wins.

Faulkner also has the longest singles winning streak at four straight.

Huey has won three straight singles matches at No. 1 and is five wins away from becoming the 21st Lady Bison with 50 career singles victories.

Southern Nazarene enters 1-5 overall and lost its only GAC match 8-1 to Southeastern Oklahoma on Monday.

The Crimson Storm has a strong No. 1 doubles team of Polina Chala of Ukraine and Noelia Gomez of Spain. The duo has won four of its six matches and earned the Storm's only point against Southeastern Oklahoma with a 9-8 victory at No. 1 doubles.

Chala has also been Southern Nazarene's most successful singles player. She has a 4-2 record with a 1-0 mark at No. 1 and 3-2 record at No. 2.
