Harding Women's Tennis Falls 7-2 to Southeastern Oklahoma

SEARCY - Harding women's tennis suffered its first loss in its last eight matches Saturday, falling 7-2 to Southeastern Oklahoma in Great American Conference action.

Harding dropped to 11-5 overall and 1-1 in conference matches. Southeastern moved to 6-3 overall and 3-1 in the GAC.

Harding earned its first point at No. 1 singles with Piper Huey and Laura Golubic winning 8-5. It was the duo's second straight victory and their eighth as a team.

The Lady Bisons added their second point at No. 6 singles. Emily Faulkner won her second straight and 10th of the season. She is 7-2 in dual singles matches.

Harding plays again Monday in Arkadelphia, Arkansas, against Ouachita Baptist.
