Harding won the first meeting between the teams this season, 5-4 in Arkadelphia on Mar. 15. The Lady Bisons earned a point at No. 2 doubles (Gabriella Alves/Brittany Smyser) and won four singles matches at No. 2 (Laura Golubic), No. 3 (Alves), No. 4 (Smyser) and No. 6 (Emily Faulkner).

WHAT TO WATCH FOR
Harding will play the fourth of its seven Great American Conference matches Thursday against Henderson State. The Lady Bisons enter the match 12-5 overall and 2-1 in GAC matches. Harding is tied for second among the seven teams eligible for the GAC Tournament.

Henderson State is 3-6 and will be playing only its second GAC match. The Reddies lost 6-3 to East Central at home on April 1.

Harding's top player in GAC matches has been sophomore Emily Faulkner, who is 3-0 in her conference matches at No. 5 and No. 6 singles. Alves is 2-1 in conference singles matches.

Harding has won six of its nine doubles matches in conference play with all three of the teams notching 2-1 records.

Henderson State's top singles player is sophomore Annie Shannon, who is 9-2 in singles play at No. 1. She suffered only her second loss of the season 2-6, 6-4, 6-1 to Julia Municoy of East Central last Saturday.
