Harding Women's Tennis Blanks Ouachita Baptist Wednesday

SEARCY – Harding women's tennis sailed through the first of two matches on consecutive days Wednesday with a 9-0 blanking of Ouachita Baptist at the HU Tennis Courts. It was the first of two matches between the teams, so it did not count as a Great American Conference match.

Harding (9-2) travels to Henderson State to take on the Reddies in a nonconference match Thursday in Arkadelphia.

Ouachita (0-10) had only five players and had to forfeit No. 3 doubles and No. 6 singles.

Harding won both remaining doubles matches 8-2.

The Lady Bisons swept five singles matches without losing more than two games in any match.
