Harding Women Post Three Provisionals, Break Two Records at Arkansas

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – Harding women's track and field has three NCAA provisional marks and broke two school records as 10 athletes competed Saturday at the Arkansas Qualifier.

Senior Anne-Noelle Clerima broke the Harding record in the 400 meters with a time of 55.98 seconds. It was a provisional time that has her ranked 16th in Division II in the event. Clerima broke the school record for the third time this season.

The other school record fell in the 4x400-meter relay. The team of Clerima, Kinga Szarzynska, Celia Stramrood and Lauren Shell finished in 3:52.02, breaking the old mark of 3:54.05, set in 2020. The time was provisional and ranks 29th in Division II.

The third provisional came in the 800 meters where Szarzynska set a PR of 2:10.12. She ranks ninth in Division II in the event.

Two other Lady Bisons set new PRs at the meet. Sophomore Briana Johnson set a personal best of 25.58 seconds in the 200 meters, and junior Lauren Shell finished the 60-meter hurdles in 9.79 seconds.
