SEARCY — Harding University football players
Jake Dugger and
Ty Dugger were named All-Americans by the Division II Conference Commissioners Association (D2CCA) on Wednesday.
Jake Dugger, a senior right tackle from Searcy, Arkansas, earned First Team honors after anchoring the top-ranked offensive line for the Bisons. Harding led NCAA Division II in scoring offense (48.1 points per game) and rushing offense (413.9 yards per game), while ranking fourth in total offense (483.7 yards per game).
Ty Dugger, a junior defensive back also from Searcy, Arkansas, earned Second Team after recording 42 tackles, 3.5 tackles for loss, 1.5 sacks, and four interceptions returned for 126 yards and two touchdowns.
Harding has had at least one All-American honored by the D2CCA every year since 2021 and 14 total honorees since 2002.
Harding finished the 2024 season with a 12-2 record, tied for the Great American Conference championship, and advanced to the national quarterfinals.
The D2CCA All-America team is selected by a vote of NCAA Division II sports information directors.
