Harding Baseball Cracks Top 30 in Latest ABCA Poll

SEARCY, Ark. — The Harding baseball team made its debut in the American Baseball Coaches Association (ABCA) NCAA Division II poll, coming in at No. 30 in the latest rankings, released on Tuesday.

The Bisons, who are 10-1 overall and 3-0 in the Great American Conference, received 12 points in the poll. Harding is one of two teams from the GAC to be ranked in the top 30. Harding is ranked in the national poll for the first time since being ranked No. 28 on March 11, 2013.

The Bisons will next face Southwestern Oklahoma in a three-game GAC series this weekend at Jerry Moore Field in Searcy.

The ABCA poll is voted on by NCAA Division II baseball coaches from around the country.
