ARKADELPHIA, Ark. — The Harding women's track and field team competed at the Ouachita Invitational on Thursday, with several athletes achieving top finishes in their respective events.
Carly Tucker led the way for the Lady Bisons, securing a first-place victory in the high jump with a mark of 4 feet, 11.75 inches.
In the long jump, Celeste Puga earned a second-place finish with a leap of 17 feet, 3.5 inches.
Kiera Bartlett added three top-five finishes, placing fourth in the 100-meter hurdles with a time of 15.50 seconds, third in the high jump with a height 4 feet 11.75 inches and fourth in the javelin with a throw of 92 feet, 5 inches.
Jayden Bowman secured a second-place finish in the 400 meters, crossing the line in 57.94 seconds.
