SEARCY --- The Great American Conference announced its 2025 All-GAC women's tennis teams on Friday, with four Harding University players honored.

Harding's Alexia Zarate Valdez and Karli Roux were selected to the First Team. Two Harding players were named to the Second Team: Sofia Sarmiento Ruiz and Madison Stafford.

The Harding Bisons finished the season with a 10-11 overall record, including 3-2 in conference play.

Alexia Zarate Valdez led the Harding team with a 20-10 overall record in singles competition, and was 12-7 in dual matches. Karli Roux was 18-7 overall, and 14-5 in dual matches.

In doubles competition, the team of Karli Roux and Alexia Zarate Valdez was 12-8 in dual matches, and 15-10 overall. The team of Sofia Sarmiento Ruiz and Madison Stafford was 11-4 in dual matches and 12-7 overall.

Additionally, Harding's Natalia Alvarez, Sofia Sarmiento Ruiz, Madison Stafford, and Alexia Zarate Valdez were named to the GAC Academic Honor Roll, presented by Conway Regional Health System.
